What is INZ 1113 used for?
Use this form when you are an employer extending a job offer to a migrant worker, whether in New Zealand or offshore, applying for a work visa or seeking to modify the conditions of an existing work visa.
This form is designated for the following categories of applicants:
- Work to Residence: Long Term Skill Shortage List (LTSSL) work visa applicants
- Post-study work visa (employer assisted) applicants
- Specific Purpose work visa applicants, when a job offer is mandatory
- Variation of Condition work visa applicants
If you are an Accredited Employer, this form is not required.
Who can fill out INZ 1113?
An authorised representative of the employer, with the ability to make representations and agreements, must complete and sign this form.
