ABC is developing incredible gloves based on soft and stretchy sensor technology for the future of human-machine interaction. Our first product is a motion capture glove specifically designed for animators that need perfect finger data for movies and games.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory and smooth flow of goods within our organization. This multifaceted position involves inventory and operational transactions, including purchasing and logistic duties. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and has experience with inventory and logistics management.

Position Details:

Payrate: $33-38/hour, depending on experience.
Employment Period: until October 31, 2024, to cover a process transition period.
Contract Hours: 25-30 hours per week. We would prefer the work to be completed within our regular business hours (0800 - 1800, Monday to Friday).
Location: Parnell, Auckland
Reporting To: Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Purchase Order Management
Inventory Management
Logistics Coordination
Sales Order Processing

Requirements:

Experience with inventory and international logistics management.
Experience with ERP transactions is essential (Microsoft Business Central preferred).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proactive and effective time management
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Experience with a multi-national business advantageous.
Strong attention to detail
Organised and experienced in juggling multiple tasks and multiple working relationships.
Excellent communication skills
