This is why ABC Care Home, located in Rotorua, is searching for like-minded Cleaners, to join our community. We are currently recruiting for some to join our team on a Permanent Part-time basis working 15 to 20 hours a week and others to work on a casual basis. This is a great opportunity to work close to home, avoiding the hustle and bustle of city traffic and working the hours that fit your schedule.

As part of our Housekeeping team, you will help create a homely and healthy place for our residents by providing an exceptional cleaning service to the Care Home. You will help us rise to the challenges of enriching the lives of society’s most vulnerable.

Where You Will Make an Impact

Maintain a high standard of cleaning as set out on the cleaning schedule.
Managing cleaning supplies.
Treat residents with respect and dignity.
Adhere to policies and procedures.

What About You

Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment is preferable.
Be prepared to roll up your sleeve and get stuck into whatever needs to get done.
Demonstrate enthusiasm, care, and passion for making a difference in our residents’ lives.
Must have flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends and evenings.
Reliable transport or travel arrangements.
