As Deputy Principal, you will provide leadership in teaching and learning with the aim of optimising student learning and academic outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader and capable educator who is passionate about girls' education to join our high performing, collaborative Senior Leadership Team.
Key skills and experiences:

- Is a strategic and innovative thinker,
- Has experience in leading curriculum development,
- Remains abreast of educational approaches in learning and teaching and has strong research and evidence-based pedagogical practice,
- Is experienced in the application of digital technologies and innovative teaching approaches,
- Has expertise in assessment, data analysis and reporting,
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement, equipping teachers with knowledge, tools, and professional development to enable delivery of transformative experiences for students.
