ABC specialise in long-run steel roofing on medium to large residential and some industrial builds. As an experienced roofer, you will lead and supervise roofing teams, ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- A roofing trade and/or 5+ years of experience
- You will come from a similar type of role, managing staff and customer facing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively
- Be organised, trustworthy and reliable
- Deliver a high standard of workmanship on a variety of projects
- Great people skills with a sense of humour
- A good level of physical fitness and hard working
