We are looking for motivated, hands-on people to join our Cromwell Team. Working across the business with others who specialise in insulation, roofing and scaffolding on residential and commercial buildings ‘we do it with pride and passion’.
Typical day at work could look like…installing all types of insulation or, roof installing or scaffolding installation and dismantling. This role has it all, plenty of variety and the opportunity to gain experience and upskill.
This position doesn’t require experience, we are looking to hear from people at entry level who are willing to roll their sleeves up and learn on the job. To enjoy this role, you need to be physically fit, have a positive attitude and comfortable working at heights.
About the Role:
Install all types of insulation materials in residential, new build, retrofit, industrial and commercial properties.
Install all scaffolding as per manufactures specifications and to a high quality of standard and Work Safe requirements. Build basic and advanced scaffolds and design basic scaffolds in a fast, efficient & safe manner.
Assist with the installation of various applications of Roofing and Wall Cladding.
Work together with others as part of a team, across the company.
Good communication skills and reliable.
Desire to learn new skills.
Committed to delivering quality results and minimising risks.
Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards and specifications. Ensure all work is in accordance with the ABC Health and Safety Policy. Comply with safety and wellbeing policy and procedures, including accident and incident reporting and hazard management requirements.

This is a permanent, full-time job, working Monday to Friday, hourly rate from $25.00 to $35.00, required to have a driver’s licence and located in Central Otago.
