Our Henderson clinic situated within the busy Waitakere Stadium sports arena, is seeking a true leader in the clinical space. As the Lead Physiotherapist you will introduce process improvements and drive your team towards success and further clinical development whilst ensuring our clients get the best possible support.

This role offers a diverse client range where you will work on a variety of cases and rehabilitation programmes. You will work autonomously and maintain a clinical caseload in addition to mentoring your team.

Main responsibilities:
•    Work with the Clinical / Service Leads to ensure high quality service
•    Consider client feedback to develop best practice / process improvements for the clinic / region
•    Deliver personalised solutions for rehabilitation services and products
•    Work on a diverse and exciting caseload, determining appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans

The ideal candidate:
•    Must have NZ Physio registration and current APC
•    5 years’ experience is desirable
•    Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
•    Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!

•    As an accredited employer we will provide assistance in the AEWV process
•    Support in gaining registration with the NZ Physiotherapy Board
•    Contribution towards relocation costs
•    Assistance in helping you settle into New Zealand
