What our client can offer:

Our client provides a unique opportunity for an individual to play a critical role in a large transformation, affecting all areas of the organisation. This position, based in Rangiora, is not just a job; it's a chance to significantly impact the organisation's future. The role is a fixed-term contract for 18 months, offering 32 hours of work per week, with the potential for more hours depending on project needs. The focus is on supporting their transition to a new solution, a project that touches nearly every part of the organisation.

What you will do:

You will work closely with the Programme Management Delivery team, including subject matter experts, to capture and document business processes. This involves detailing both current and future state processes to facilitate the development and maintenance of accurate business process documentation as part of their transformation. Your role will involve providing technical information and support to key stakeholders and assisting with the analysis and continuous improvement of their process mapping tool.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis and process mapping.
Bachelor’s degree or formal tertiary qualification in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proficiency with Nintex Process Manager (Promapp) is essential.
Experience with applications such as Jira, Visio, and Office365 is desirable.
Familiarity with PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies is beneficial.
Proven ability to facilitate engaging workshops.
Good technical curiosity and great attention to detail.
The ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders.
