It's 2024 and if you're ready to step into a Management role, make it worth your while at ABC (Warkworth). You'll be paid a competitive hourly rate or UNCAPPED COMMISSION, plus an ADDITIONAL weekly bonus if your team hits its targets. You're rewarded for your work as a Stylist AND as a Manager.

Each week, you'll be paid from $30p/h OR the bigger number from a percentage of your sales (meaning your bills are always covered, but there's unlimited commission to be made!).

ABCpays an industry leading commission amount, calculated on a WEEKLY basis for each of our staff
Managers are paid an additional weekly bonus if you hit your targets, to reward all of the time you spend putting into your team
ABC also pays 10% on all of your retail sales, in salon AND online

ABC is looking for that special kind of person who loves to manage a team! We are looking for a friendly Senior Stylist to help steer the ship in our full-service salon. Our team is super friendly, passionate about hairdressing, and we love our clients. You'll know how to manage a busy column, be part of a positive team culture and of course, know how to make our clients feel amazing.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Our new Manager/Senior Stylist will have:

A Level 4 NZ Hairdressing Certificate; OR
International equivalent qualification; OR
5+ years of experience with cuts and colour
Salon Management experience is not necessary but would be a bonus!
