Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse? Join our National Clinical Wellbeing team, reporting to the Director of Nursing. This non-clinical role involves remote work, providing wellbeing advice to individuals and staff in the disability sector. Responsibilities include advocating for equitable medical treatment, assisting with complex discharges, and supporting palliative care. While not hands-on, this position leverages your clinical knowledge to ensure safety. Open to experienced RNs across New Zealand, this full-time role offers opportunities for professional growth and impact in supporting individuals with disabilities.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
Current APC with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Previous experience working in a community setting and with clients who have high and complex needs (would be an advantage)
