We are looking for Full time Duty Manager to join our team at ABC. To provide amazing customer service and have fun while we do it!

This position offers an opportunity to join a high performing and engaged team, with the opportunity to build a range of skills. We have incredibly diverse roles where you will work across multiple departments a day to ensure our store delivers the best shopping best experience for our customers.

As Duty Manager you will plan, lead, communicate, organize, and control the day-to-day running of the store to achieve the highest possible standards. Focused on achieving operational excellence, you’ll take a hands-on approach to lead your team and deliver exceptional results.

- Prior any retail experience not required as we will provide full training in-store relate to Duty Managing, Ordering, SAP
- The job Includes Closing Shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Working in Deli Kitchen is mandatory.

This role includes:

- Living and breathing our ABC Customer Promises
- Build effective working relationships with the Department Managers and Individual Team Members.
- Actively promote high quality customer service ensuring that team members present themselves professionally to store guidelines and always meet the agreed service standard.
- Contribute to ABC initiatives and development across the brand by actively participating in cross store sharing of ideas and workshops to grow the format in the total market
- Assisting with storeroom tasks such as loading trolleys and organizing stock and dealing with Delivery companies.
- Adhering to all health and safety standards
- Cleaning of the store and storeroom
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
- Support the development of the store’s culture by working with the rest of the management team to support and deliver relevant programs that maintain and build this uniqueness.
- The ability to lead a team & providing them with a great place to work and grow.
- Maintaining our Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards
- Maintain a standard of discipline which reflects in high standards of behavior and dress as required by the ABC format and Owner.
