Based in Auckland but with travel involved, we are seeking an OT, Physiotherapist or RN who has experience with serious injury clients and is either a named SNA provider or working towards becoming a named provider with ACC. This role is advertised with a primary location of Central Auckland but we are open to locations anywhere around the Country - come and have a chat! This is a full-time role attracting 40hrs/week and where no two days are the same.

Main responsibilities:

- Develop and implement community rehabilitation programmes
- Liaise with allied health team members
- Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
- Utilise diary management software

The ideal candidate:

- Must have NZ Physio, OT or RN registration and current APC
- Open to those with experience working with serious injury clients
- Named SNA provider
- Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
- Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
