In this role, you will engage with various stakeholders to understand both business and technical requirements, ensuring a seamless transition in the IT systems. Your responsibilities will include facilitating discussions, accurately documenting needs, and translating them into functional requirements for development teams. The position requires a proactive approach, with an emphasis on creating effective, mutually beneficial solutions. You will also be a key advisor throughout all stages of the programme, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced, transformative digital environment.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management, proficient in enhancing and implementing IT systems and software solutions. Familiarity with ERP Solution, GIS, Business Intelligence, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and e-services is desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to generate innovative ideas and a commitment to digital excellence. A customer service focus and a solutions-focused mindset are also key criteria.
