We have a temporary, full-time opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/ Administrator to join our amazing team in Wellington. The role will be based on site, 40 hours per week, starting ASAP until Friday the 12th of April 2024. This role will cover a member of our staff who is on leave.

Ka whai waahi te mahi | The role will involve

Working on reception, welcoming visitors, and staff into the office daily.
Providing first point of contact on the phone and in person.
Arranging catering
Setting up conference rooms for group meetings
Dropping off company vehicles, a NZ driver's license is required.
Data entry and filing
Kitchen duties
Ad hoc duties as required.

Nā tōu rourou | What you'll bring

You have at least 3 years of experience working as a Receptionist/ Administrator
You have a clean New Zealand driver's license - full or restricted requited
You are a well-presented, self-motivated individual who is bright and enthusiastic with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills including exceptional phone manners.
You can prioritize work, meet deadlines and work accurately under conflicting time pressures.
You have great attention to detail, organization, accurate data entry, and typing skills.
Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Outlook (intermediate level) - Excel spreadsheeting essential.
You have proven initiative in previous roles.
