We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Appliance Technician. We are based in Henderson, servicing west Auckland, Northshore and central Auckland. We are authorized service agents for many major brands, including Westinghouse, Aeg Simpson, Electrolux, LG, omega, Belling, Panasonic and several more. We also service F&P and Bosch.

Your main responsibility as a field service technician will be diagnosis and repair of kitchen and laundry appliances. You will be fixing cooktops, ovens, range hoods, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers and fridge freezers mostly onsite, with some workshop repairs.

While the role requires a high level of autonomy, the successful applicant will be offered technical support and on-going product specific training, as well as excellent working conditions within our friendly team. On top of a competitive salary, we will supply you a mobile phone and trade vehicle as part of this role.

We also have dedicated fun team time and take half days off in work hours and do fun team building like escape rooms. We also celebrate your business birthday.

The successful applicant will have:
- Good mechanical and electronic aptitude
- Minimum qualification of EAS/EST
- Minimum 2 years’ experience fixing appliances
- Current full drivers license
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Be an excellent team player but able to confidently work independently
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa or be a fully qualified appliance technician who has 5 years minimum experience from overseas. We are an accredited employer.
