About the role:

Permanent full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week and a maximum of 45 hours per week.

As a Senior CDP, you are responsible for supporting the Head and sous chef in a busy kitchen and delivering consistently high-quality food. Some of your responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Taking care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by your seniors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Group
- Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef
- Responsible for supervision of junior chefs and commis
- Ability to estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure all standards are met.
- Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, and presentation standards
- Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of any malfunctions.
- Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment
- Ability to produce own work following a deadline and to assist and encourage others in achieving this aim
- Carry out any other duties required by your seniors

About you:

- Minimum two years experience in a high-volume venue
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must work well in a team
- Organised
- Punctual and reliable
- Friendly, energetic, and hard-working attitude
- Willing to learn
