We are looking for an experienced customer services manager from the automotive industry to join our busy company to help us operate our workshops. You will need to be reliable and flexible, have an outgoing personality, and be able to work well in a tight-knit team.

The main responsibilities are;

- Strategic and functional management of customer service, excellence/standards and service delivery.
- Manage current customer service policies and procedures with room to develop and implement improvements and strategies to exceed customer expectations.
- Prompt and accurate resolution of customer feedback, issues, complaints and enquiries. Answer customer’s questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
- Foster a continuous learning environment, provide direction and material for ongoing training and development for customer service. Maintain quality standards for excellence and customer interactions.
- Improve customer service quality results by conducting surveys and sourcing feedback through means of communication. Interpret customer service information and provide recommendations for strategic plans.

We require excellent knowledge of customer service and procedures in the automotive industry, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity. There will also be further responsibilities to support the management team and administrative tasks for the office and 12 workshops. A full job description is available on request.

Our office is based in East Tamaki with parking available. The remuneration range for this role will be negotiated based on experience and or qualifications. This is a fulltime role which includes vehicle and cell phone.
