We have a fantastic opportunity for an ECE endorsed Kaiako or Head Teacher / Room Leader to join a well established centre ABC in Royal Oak.

This role would best suit a registered Teacher who has prior experience working with children aged 2 - 6 years of age and is passionate to keep working with this age group moving forward. You will be joining a close knit team of Kaiako where support and collaboration is celebrated and you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of children and childcare enabling you to excel in your teaching journey!

This is a permanent, full time position working in the over two's classroom with 30 - 35 children and an ideal start date of June or July.

What would we like to see from you?

B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary)
New Zealand Level 7 Qualification in Early Years Education (NZQA)
Current New Zealand Teachers Registration
A genuine warmth, care, and passion for children.
Team-player who is collaborative and reflects upon best practice.
Knowledge and understanding of Te Whāriki.
