Due to internal promotion, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager with the option of being based in Auckland with occasional national travel required. You’ll manage large projects and programmes of work, with an immediate focus on several exciting and transformational technology projects and complex change initiatives. Working closely with ABC team members, and our vendors, you’ll spearhead a number of projects that will deliver real benefit to our customers, their families and our teams.

About You

Ambiguity doesn’t faze you - you tackle challenges head-on and thrive in identifying and implementing new ways of working. Tertiary qualified with a minimum of 5 years + demonstrated experience driving significant programmes / projects in a large and complex environment. A proven track record of working right across the project lifecycle – engaging with customers (both internal and external) to understand their pain points, solution design, business case development and implementation of solutions to delight our customers and achieve planned benefits. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of project management methodologies, preferable Prince2 or Agile. Experience of managing and influencing senior business leaders and stakeholders; and working cooperatively as part of a dynamic team.
